Senior Software Engineer - Remote Job, 5+ Year Experience

About the Interview:

1. Round 1: Phone Screen with Co-Founder/CTO - Focused on relevant experience.
2. Round 2: Phone Screen with Lead Engineer - Culture fit assessment.
3. Round 3: Systems interview - Walk us through schema modifications for a feature scenario.
4. Round 4: 1-2 hour coding challenge - Pair programming to solve an issue within our codebase.
