Job Summary:

This role demonstrates proficiency in all areas of the professional function and advanced in-depth specialization to perform activities impacting components/processes of the Walgreens Digital/Online application. It involves strategic, complex projects requiring independent judgment and creativity. Mentors less experienced team members and may lead teams or projects.

Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, test software systems or applications, including cloud-based tools.
2. Write code establishing and enhancing specifications for new or existing software.
3. Deliver high-quality software features on schedule.
4. Analyze diverse problems, evaluate factors, and apply judgment for solutions.
5. Lead daily team activities, recommend operational modifications, and adjust priorities.
6. Own functional areas, break down requests, write test plans, and review code changes.
7. Network with senior internal/external personnel, interact with teams, vendors, and customers.
8. Design project specifications and lead implementation efforts.
9. Develop technical/business approaches, expertise in software design and architecture.
10. Manage project schedules, define parameters, monitor tasks, and lead project vision.
11. Resolve issues creatively, own product development/rollout, champion processes, and set standards.
12. Track individual contributions and progress.
