Storm2 is seeking a Senior Software Engineer focused on AI, full-stack development with TypeScript, based in Chicago. You'll own end-to-end product features and help build an AI-powered SaaS platform for payments and business management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering in a full-stack role.
• Strong experience with TypeScript.
• AI or ML experience (or a Maths background).
• Experience at an early-stage startup.
• Experience with payments and accounting tech is strongly preferred.
• Actively using AI tools to work quicker and experience integrating AI into product workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excited to gain ownership over a product and have a strong impact on the company.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, focused on rapid growth and adaptability to change.

Senior Software Engineer, AI focused (Full Stack, 5+ YoE - Typescript)

$160,000 - $210,000 Base + Equity + Full Benefits

A recently funded Series A fintech start-up based in Chicago is looking to hire a senior software engineer (full stack & AI-focused) to help build their AI-powered SaaS platform for payments and business management. They are looking to disrupt the $100B+ rental industry by building an end-to-end product that will help businesses improve and facilitate their payments, operations, marketing and accounting processes.

This role would allow you to have a great impact on the company by making business-minded decisions and providing you with full ownership of the products and features you will be building. You will report directly to the CTO and will be part of a sociable team, focused on collaboration. The ideal candidate is someone willing to work hybrid, 3 days a week in Chicago, with strong AI or ML experience and previous success in an early-stage start-up environment.
