Job summary

LeoForce is seeking a Senior Software Engineer in San Francisco to design and implement agentic systems and AI-native workflows, building scalable backend and data pipelines.

You will own end-to-end production systems, contribute to frontend experiences, and collaborate with founders on architectural decisions, with hybrid 2-3 days in SF.

Qualifications

• 2–8 years of software engineering experience.
• Strong systems design and software architecture fundamentals.
• Highly proficient with parallel agentic coding workflows and AI-assisted development.
