Job summary

Auria is actively seeking a Senior Software Engineer in Carlsbad, CA to design, develop, and integrate key software components for the Space Data Network-Backbone (SDN-B) Mission Operations Center (MOC). This is a contingent position based in Carlsbad, California.

The role focuses on building decision logic for resource allocation, hierarchical arbitration, and automated provisioning. 7–10 years of software engineering experience and TS clearance are strongly preferred.

• Active TS security clearance required.
• Go experience strongly preferred; Python; backend/distributed systems; rules engines or policy engines; workflow/orchestration software; concurrency experience.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT TO DO

• Kubernetes; high-performance API services; network configuration/provisioning; strong automated testing.experience
• Active TS required.

WHAT THE TEAM PREFERS

• Experience in Space C2 experience and network orchestration software is preferred.

PAY TRANSPARENCY

The salary offered will be based on the selected candidate's qualifications - skills, education & experience - and the position level. $175,000-$210,000
