Job summary

Auria is seeking a Senior Software Engineer in Carlsbad, CA to design, develop, and integrate software for the Space Data Network-Backbone Mission Operations Center. This contingent role requires 7-10 years in software engineering, with Go and Python expertise, distributed systems, and Kubernetes experience.

You will build arbitration logic for SDN resources and support automated provisioning, reporting to the Auria team in a dynamic, mission-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years software engineering experience.
• Go experience strongly preferred; Python; backend/distributed systems; rules engines or policy engines; workflow/orchestration software; concurrency experience.
• Kubernetes; high-performance API services; network configuration/provisioning; strong automated testing.

Responsibilities

PAY TRANSPARENCY: The salary offered will be based on the selected candidate’s qualifications - skills, education & experience - and the position level. $175,000-$210,000
