Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or related field.
• 6+ years of software development experience, preferably in POS or retail/restaurant domains.
• Strong systems architecture and software design for SaaS platforms.
• Proficiency in relevant programming languages, frameworks and cloud services.

This individual must possess a comprehensive understanding of the POS domain and demonstrate expertise in software architecture, design, development, and automation. They will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to drive the evolution of our SaaS products, ensuring excellence in functionality, reliability, and user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications and architectural designs.
• Lead the architectural efforts for complex systems integration, ensuring consistency with specified requirements agreed with both external and internal customers.
• Champion the design and development of scalable, maintainable, and efficient technical solutions that meet our product vision.
• Implement automation tools and frameworks to streamline deployment and operational processes.
• Ensure system architecture and design is robust, sustainable, and aligned with industry best practices.
• Drive innovation by researching emerging trends and technologies that can enhance our software offerings.

• Oversee the deployment of applications across various environments, ensuring high availability and reliability.
• Facilitate troubleshooting and issue resolution that may arise during development, deployment, or post-deployment phases.

Qualifications:

• Strong experience in systems architecture and software design for SaaS platforms.
• Proficiency in relevant programming languages, frameworks, and technologies.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience with automation tools and DevOps practices.
