Qualifications

• 3+ years of engineering team management experience.
• 7+ years working directly within engineering teams.
• 3+ years designing or architecting scalable systems.
• 8+ years leading multi-tier web services development.
• Knowledge of full software/hardware/networks development life cycle.
• Experience partnering with product or program management teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of engineering managers and foster technical excellence.
• Collaborate with leadership to define technical vision and strategy for your area.
• Oversee multiple complex engineering projects across teams and ensure timely delivery.
• Work with product management, operations, and other teams to align initiatives with business goals.
• Drive improvements in engineering processes, tools, and DevOps practices.
• Define and track business metrics to optimize team performance and reliability.
