Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in engineering team management with strong leadership.
• 7+ years of engineering experience across full software lifecycle.
• 1+ years providing technical leadership for SDLC and team delivery.
• 1+ years developing large-scale distributed systems using Java, C#, or C++.
• 1+ years delivering distributed software using service-oriented architecture.
• 5+ years of software engineering experience in related roles.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in CS, Engineering, Math, or related field.
• Knowledge of end-to-end development lifecycle, coding standards, and live-site operations.
• Experience partnering with product or program management teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a software development team, setting charter, vision, and 1-2 year roadmap.
• Drive system design decisions across architecture with scalability and security focus.
• Coach engineers through planning, feedback, and strategic project assignments.
• Establish and maintain operational excellence with metrics and best practices.
• Coordinate cross-team programs, define resourcing, and manage delivery risks.
