Overview

Test Automation Design, develop, and maintain scalable automated test frameworks and test scripts. Implement UI, API, integration, and regression test automation. Develop automation solutions using tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar. Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines. Analyze test results, identify defects, and collaborate with development teams for resolution. Improve test coverage, execution efficiency, and reporting mechanisms.

Salesforce Testing

Validate Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom Salesforce applications. Test Salesforce configurations including:

• Objects
• Flows
• Validation Rules
• Apex Classes
• Triggers
• Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Visualforce Pages

Verify Salesforce integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs. Perform data validation and end-to-end business process testing.

Quality Engineering

Participate in requirement reviews and provide testability feedback. Create detailed test plans, test cases, and test execution reports. Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, Business Analysts, and Salesforce Administrators. Drive quality best practices throughout the SDLC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in Software Testing and Test Automation.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform architecture and business processes.
• Salesforce knowledge & Professional Services domain expertise.
• API automation (REST-assured, Postman).
• SQL/data validation across PSA & ERP systems.
• Open-source automation frameworks: Selenium, Playwright.
• CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab), programming (Java/Python/JS).
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure test coverage and delivery quality.
• Strong understanding of the professional services domain and Salesforce ecosystem.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Jira, Software Test Life Cycle, Bug Life Cycle.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and test orchestration.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification and/or Salesforce Platform App Builder Certification.
• Experience with Salesforce automation testing tools such as Provar.
