Job summary

UKG is seeking a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) with strong Salesforce testing and test automation expertise. You will design automated tests, validate Salesforce configurations, and ensure high-quality releases across Salesforce Clouds and integrated enterprise apps.

You will work with developers, product teams, and Salesforce admins to create scalable test frameworks, validate business processes, and improve coverage in CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in Software Testing and Test Automation.
• 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce testing experience.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform architecture and business processes.
• Experience testing Salesforce Lightning applications.
• Strong SQL and data validation skills.
• Salesforce CPQ knowledge.
• Salesforce knowledge & Professional Services domain expertise.
• API automation (REST-assured, Postman).
• SQL/data validation across PSA & ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable automated test frameworks and test scripts.
• Implement UI, API, integration, and regression test automation.
• Develop automation solutions using Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and collaborate with development teams for resolution.
• Drive quality best practices throughout the SDLC.
