Uline is seeking a Senior Software Developer to shape and modernize the Uline.com platform. You will apply full-stack expertise to build enterprise-scale solutions serving thousands of customers across North America, influence architecture, and lead technical initiatives.

You will mentor developers, collaborate across teams, and help drive performance improvements. The role emphasizes on-site work at our Pleasant Prairie location and offers strong health, retirement, and growth benefits.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.

Position Responsibilities

• Design, develop and modernize large-scale web applications, influencing architecture and technical direction for Uline.com.
• Contribute to project planning, architecture discussions and code reviews for complex initiatives from planning through delivery.
• Partner with teams across Uline to improve application performance and deliver solutions that enhance the customer experience.
• Mentor and coach developers, providing technical guidance and helping resolve engineering challenges.
• Explore and apply AI-powered solutions and emerging technologies, including Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Azure AI and vector search, as part of ongoing modernization.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• Experience with observability and monitoring tools such as Kibana, Elasticsearch or Dynatrace, or data integration tools such as NiFi preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, technical leadership and collaboration skills.
