COUNTRY Financial is seeking an experienced, highly motivated Senior Software Developer to join the Commercial & Agribusiness Insurance Application Development team. As a member of the team, you will participate in the full software development life cycle following Agile methodologies, including requirements, analysis, design, development, and validation.
You will build and enhance in-house solutions and be an integral part of the project team implementing and supporting a new policy administration system supporting commercial and agribusiness sectors.
Your strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask while managing time effectively and meeting deadlines will be valuable. In this role, you will develop and maintain specification documents, data flows, and support integrations between systems and development.
Typically requires 7+ years of relevant experience or a combination of related experience, education, and training.
Base Pay Range: $94,000 - $129,250
The salary depends on skills, qualifications, and experience.
Incentive Pay: Eligible for a Short-Term Incentive plan.
