Din Development Corporation (DDC) is seeking a Senior Software Developer, Applications / Project Manager to lead SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365 solutions, and Agile delivery for government contracts. You will oversee technical leadership, staffing, QA, risk management, and contract performance while translating business needs into technical designs.

The role requires extensive experience in application development, SharePoint modernization, and cross-functional team leadership, with a strong

Qualifications

Demonstrated experience leading application development projects using Agile methodologies.
Extensive experience designing, developing, testing, and deploying SharePoint and Microsoft 365 solutions.
Experience developing applications with HTML, JavaScript, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
Experience managing software releases, configuration management, and change management processes.
Strong understanding of SDLC, requirements management, QA, and technical documentation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with Government stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary contact between Government stakeholders and contractor team.
Provide overall project management, technical leadership, and contract oversight.
Lead Agile planning, sprint execution, backlog management, and reporting.
Manage SharePoint administration, configuration, release management, and deployments.
Develop and maintain SharePoint-based business applications using HTML, JS, Power Platform.
Ensure traceability from requirements to production releases.
