Warrior Insurance Network is seeking a Senior Software Developer to design, develop, test, and maintain software across services. You will lead technical decisions, mentor peers, and ensure high quality, secure code with AI-assisted development tools.

The role requires strong C#, .NET, React experience, Agile, and CI/CD expertise, and the ability to translate complex requirements into scalable software within an insurance domain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong experience with C#, .NET, and React.
• Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Solid understanding of OOP and design patterns.
• Experience in Agile software development.
• Experience contributing to CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain software applications and services.
• Own the technical implementation of features within an application or domain.
• Translate requirements into scalable, maintainable software solutions.
• Participate in design discussions and document significant decisions.
• Break complex initiatives into manageable work for developers and AI tools.
• Use AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate development and testing.
• Review and validate AI-generated code for quality and security.
• Develop and execute testing strategies (unit/integration/regression).
• Peer code reviews and constructive feedback to improve quality.
• Troubleshoot defects, identify root causes, and implement solutions.
• Optimize performance, scalability, and data access patterns.
• Address security vulnerabilities throughout the lifecycle.
• Maintain documentation and coding standards for AI-assisted workflows.
• Mentor junior/mid-level developers on practices and AI tooling.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, QA, and stakeholders.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of engineering practices.
