Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Advanced experience with C# and .NET technologies.
• Strong front-end development experience with React.
• Experience with Git and collaborative development processes.
• Knowledge of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
• Experience in Agile environments and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy enterprise software applications.
• Lead implementation efforts for complex business initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Participate in architectural planning and technical design sessions.
• Review code and mentor junior developers.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and delivery speed.
• Validate AI-generated code for security, maintainability, and performance.
• Build automated testing strategies across multiple applications.
• Support production applications and resolve technical issues.
