The ideal candidate will mentor development teams, shape architecture, and drive technical initiatives while collaborating with stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong expertise with C# and .NET Core.
• Experience developing enterprise applications.
• Advanced Angular development experience.
• Microsoft Azure cloud experience.
• SQL Server and database design expertise.
• Experience with Entity Framework Core.
• Agile development experience.
• Source control and DevOps best practices.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and support enterprise software applications.
• Lead development initiatives from concept through deployment.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, analysts, and QA teams.
• Review architecture and provide technical recommendations.
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers.
• Conduct code reviews and establish development best practices.
