Addison Group is seeking a Senior .NET / Full Stack Developer in Oak Brook, IL to join an enterprise software team. You will design, develop, and maintain business-critical apps in an Agile environment, providing technical leadership and mentorship to peers.

Responsibilities include building APIs, front-end work with Angular, Azure services, and scalable architecture. Requires strong C#, .NET Core, SQL, and Azure experience with a focus on performance and security.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related technical discipline preferred.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Experience developing and supporting enterprise-level applications.
• Experience providing technical leadership or mentoring other developers is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise applications supporting critical business functions.
• Develop scalable solutions using C#, .NET Core, Angular, SQL, and Azure.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Lead technical execution for larger projects, including estimates and timelines.
• Provide technical guidance and code reviews to junior/mid developers.
• Evaluate new technologies to improve architecture and team capabilities.
• Communicate technical concepts effectively to stakeholders.
