Job summary

General Motors is seeking an SDV System Integration Software Developer to design and test software that bridges vehicle interfaces with embedded systems for flash and test. You will work with software, manufacturing, IT teams to deliver robust, portable code across GM platforms.

You will have expert C++ skills, Linux experience, and hardware knowledge, plus experience with USB, TCP/IP and SQL, and unit testing.

WHY:

The purpose of this role is to develop flexible and portable code to be used by multiple organizations to update electric control units in and outside of the vehicle. It will, also, be used to call product functions to verify internal circuits of the vehicle.

WHAT:

As an SDV System Integration Software Developer, you will be developing and testing software to be used between vehicle interfaces and software embedded in the vehicle for flash and test.

HOW:

Supporting the plants, product engineering, IT, and our own team to make it happen for our internal and external customers.
