Intelerad is seeking a senior software engineer to modernize the SQL Server-backed InteleOrchestrator platform and streamline radiology workflows.

You will lead complex database refactoring, optimize queries, and build change-management tooling for CI/CD. This remote, full-time role offers a base pay of 100,000–140,000 USD per year with North American scope.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software development with 4+ years in database code refactoring.
• Expert T-SQL on Microsoft SQL Server; Kotlin/Java proficiency.
• Experience with Liquibase/Flyway and secure data access.
