Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Minimum 8 years of software development experience.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented software.
• Ability to learn desktop or web development technologies, tools and methodologies.
• Solid understanding of development platforms such as Microsoft Stack or AWS.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Demonstrated ability to solve technical challenges and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Own projects cross functionally across teams.
• Tackle the most challenging development projects.
• Lead adoption of new tools, methodologies, and systems.
• Provide guidance and unblock others; may act as team lead.
• May function as team or segment lead.
• Follow standard software development life cycle processes.
• Develop, test and maintain enterprise applications.
• Design and implement complex enterprise applications.
• Innovate and modernize applicable technologies and trends.
• Create and maintain documentation.
• Communicate effectively with operations teams on complex concepts.
• Translate requirements and develop interfaces.
• Manage time in a deadline-driven environment.
