Job summary

Diné Development Corporation (DDC) is seeking a Senior Software Developer/Project Manager to lead SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 solution delivery. You will provide technical leadership, manage Agile execution, and align customer priorities with staffing, QA, risk, and contract performance.

The role requires strong communication with Government stakeholders, experience in SDLC, and a track record of delivering complex IT projects on schedule.

Qualifications

8+ years of progressively responsible experience in software application development, systems analysis, and technical leadership.
Proven experience designing, developing, testing, and deploying SharePoint and Microsoft 365 solutions.
Experience managing Agile projects and coordinating with Government stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact between the Government and contractor team.
Provide overall project management, technical leadership, and contract oversight.
Lead Agile planning, sprint execution, backlog management, and status reporting.
Manage SharePoint administration, configuration management, release management, and software deployment.
