Job summary

Diné Development Corporation (DDC) in Washington, DC seeks a Senior Application Developer/Lead to oversee architecture, lead the development team, and ensure secure, reliable operation across environments. The role requires deep expertise in ASP.Net/.NET, J2EE, and data-driven apps with strong collaboration with government stakeholders.

Responsibilities include leading architectural decisions, coordinating with IT and security teams, and driving Agile delivery using modern development tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of related application development experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in an IT field from a U.S. university.
• U.S. citizenship and NACI clearance requirements.
• Strong expertise in ASP.Net/.NET Framework and J2EE.
• Experience with Agile delivery and tooling (GitLab, JIRA, GitHub).

Responsibilities

• Oversee application architecture and provide technical leadership for development and O&M teams.
• Monitor availability, performance, health, and backups across environments.
• Lead bug fixes, changes, and data corrections for stability.
• Develop and integrate software using ASP.Net/.NET, J2EE, and modern web tech.
• Coordinate with security, SharePoint, network, cloud, and government stakeholders.
• Support security assessments, compliance, and incident management.
