Metronome, LLC in St. Louis, MO is seeking a Software Developer 5 to design, develop, and implement software for the Aeronautical Navigation Office.

Hybrid work, full-time, with Top Secret (TS) clearance and SCI/Poly eligibility, supporting SAFe Agile processes. The role requires advanced knowledge in C#/Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, and DevOps practices; experience with GitLab, Jira/Confluence, and secure code baselines.

Qualifications

• BS degree and 12+ years of prior relevant experience OR MS with 10+ years of prior relevant experience; OR Doctorate in technical domain OR 12 years of experience in lieu of degree.
• Requires TS with ability to obtain SCI and Poly CI.
• Familiar with System Engineering documentation (VDDs, diagrams).
• Experience with DoD software requirements and government cloud environments is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with Product Owners, QA managers, and architects to design, develop, test, and deploy software solutions.
• Participate in SAFe Agile ceremonies and backlog refinement.
• Contribute to code reviews, debugging, and secure, compliant baselines.
• Maintain code coverage above 80% and support continuous improvement.
• Work with Jira/Confluence for issue tracking and collaboration.
• Support deployment activities and mission objectives in a hybrid work model.
