We are seeking an experienced Software Developer to join the EATS team, working on next-generation fire control software for a critical tactical weapon system.

You’ll contribute to the design, development, and integration of embedded and test software that bridges hardware and software across a complex, real-time platform.

This role requires a strong foundation in C/C++ and/or Python, hands‑on experience working with hardware interfaces (sensors, actuators, communication buses, test equipment), and the ability to debug and troubleshoot across the full stack—from low-level drivers to application logic.

You’ll collaborate with systems engineers, hardware designers, and test engineers to deliver reliable, mission‑critical software in a fast‑paced, Agile environment.

We’re looking for someone who thrives at the intersection of software and hardware, brings professional experience, and is eager to grow their skillset on a high‑visibility defense program.

Basic Qualifications

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $85300.00 - $158300.00
