Job summary

CVS Health's Adjudication & Client Experience Engineering team seeks a Senior Analyst - Software Development Engineering to join our Application Production Support group. You will troubleshoot incidents, perform root cause analysis, and contribute code fixes for enterprise apps built on Java, Angular, APIs, and cloud platforms.

You will collaborate with Lead Engineers, SDEs, Product Owners, QA, and business stakeholders to ensure reliability and continuous improvements in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• 5-8 years in software development, application or production support.
• Hands-on with Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, microservices.
• Experience with Angular, TypeScript, HTML, CSS.
• Experience in cloud environments Azure, GCP, AWS.
• Strong SQL skills with Oracle/SQL Server/PostgreSQL.
• Ability to analyze logs, dashboards, and alerts for issues.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, source control, and DevOps basics.
• Understanding of distributed systems and API integrations.
• Experience with incident, problem, and change management.
• Strong analytics, communication, and teamwork in fast-paced settings.
