Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, computer science, electrical engineering, information systems, data science, mathematics, or a related technical discipline.
• 7+ years in industry/government developing, integrating, deploying, and sustaining enterprise software or data solutions.
• Experience with OO programming languages such as Python, TypeScript, Java, C#, JavaScript.
• Experience designing or supporting ETL processes, APIs, data pipelines, data models, and data-quality controls.
• Experience in cloud-based or enterprise environments.
• Experience supporting requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, deployment, and sustainment.
• Knowledge of secure software development practices and application security.

Responsibilities

• Develop, deploy, secure, and sustain web applications, APIs, data services, dashboards, and other digital capabilities.
• Translate operational needs into technical requirements and design artifacts.
• Create data pipelines, ontologies, dashboards, and data integrations within Envision or Palantir Foundry.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to document requirements and support agile ceremonies.
• Lead or contribute to testing strategies, plans, and automated suites.
• Prepare deployment plans and configuration‑management documentation.
• Engage with government stakeholders and provide customer‑facing technical leadership.
