The Senior Software Consultant will serve as a senior technical resource within our Asset Information Management Support organization, specializing in advanced troubleshooting, database analysis, cloud architecture, and complex

Qualifications

5+ years in technical support or consulting roles.
Advanced Microsoft SQL Server knowledge.
Database performance tuning and query analysis.
Azure cloud technologies and cloud-hosted enterprise apps.
API troubleshooting and integration support.
SPF / InConcert platform experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide real-time global support to customers and internal stakeholders for product issues.
Perform advanced troubleshooting with root cause analysis.
Execute tasks for installation and maintenance of our products.
Interface with management, software development, services, and product planning teams.
Resolve highly complex issues beyond standard support.
Document activities and resolutions in support systems.
Maintain adherence to service level objectives.
Assist with escalation management and cross-functional coordination.
Conduct structured root cause investigations.
Mentor support analysts and contribute to knowledge base.
