Job summary

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with SAM tools such as ServiceNow SAMPro, Flexera, Snow, or Aspera.
• Willingness to travel to clients and FTI offices.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; visa sponsorship not provided.

Responsibilities

• Manage software license entitlements in SAMPro and track compliance.
• Monitor usage and identify optimization opportunities.
• Coordinate software vendor true-up exercises and audits.
• Process PRs/POs for software titles and ensure cost allocation.
• Maintain SAM process documentation and support lifecycle management.
