Job summary

Broadridge is seeking a SAM Manager to maximize software value, ensure license compliance, and drive cost optimization across the organization. You will collaborate with GCIS Infrastructure, Procurement, Finance, and IT to manage the full software asset lifecycle and deliver insightful usage and financial reporting.

The role requires leadership experience, strong licensing knowledge, and proficiency with SAM tools such as USU and Power BI.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Software Asset Management, ITF operations, licensing, or related.
• 2+ years in a leadership role managing SAM Analysts.
• Strong knowledge of software licensing models and compliance, esp. Microsoft, Broadcom & Oracle.

Responsibilities

• Maintain records of software assets, entitlements, licenses, and contracts.
• Monitor usage and license consumption to identify compliance risks and optimization opportunities.
• Support FinOps rollout with usage reports and cost insights.
• Collaborate with Finance on P&L views and reporting software usage.
• Support software audits, reviews and true-ups with vendors.
