Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare IT field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of architecture/leadership experience in healthcare IT.
• Strong consulting style with executive-level communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer, AEP, Target, and related tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate implementation and integration of applications across multiple environments.
• Provide architecture leadership and technical direction aligned with enterprise standards.
• Define requirements with IT leadership, PMs, and business leaders for enhancements.
• Lead complex integrations, upgrades, testing, and issue resolution.
• Manage vendor relationships and coordinate product roadmaps and updates.
• Drive standardization and mentoring of IT staff on application solutions.
