Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT Asset Management in a large/complex enterprise.
• 3+ years of Software Asset Management experience.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow SAM Pro.
• Strong understanding of licensing, entitlements, consumption, and lifecycle management.
• Experience managing enterprise software publisher portfolios.
• Experience reconciling entitlement, inventory, and consumption data.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end software asset lifecycle for assigned portfolios.
• Monitor entitlements, inventory, deployment, and consumption for licensing positions.
• Identify and remediate compliance gaps, overdeployment risks, and data discrepancies.
• Analyze usage and advise on compliance, forecasting, renewals, optimization and cost control.
• Partner with technical owners, engineering, product, governance, and vendors.
• Support software audits, risk assessments, and control activities.
