Job summary

Northwest Bank is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to provide technical leadership across enterprise software programs. You will partner with business, architecture, security, and product teams to deliver scalable, secure solutions and mentor engineering teams.

The role requires deep expertise in solution design, coding standards, and production support, with hands-on development in modern languages and cloud platforms. On-site collaboration at enterprise facilities is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field with extensive software development experience.
• 10+ years of relevant work experience in Microsoft technology stack and/or modern languages.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications and services.
• Develop APIs, integrations, databases, and user-facing applications.
• Lead technical design sessions, code reviews, and architecture discussions.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineers and project teams.
• Drive architecture decisions and ensure alignment with enterprise standards.
