One Call is seeking a Senior/Principal Software Engineer to lead architectural decisions and hands-on delivery in a largely legacy‑heavy environment modernizing toward .NET Core, REST APIs, and Azure DevOps. You’ll guide teams, design scalable services, and ensure robust data access and UI integration across the stack.

We value deep technical leadership, collaboration with product and QA, and a focus on maintainable, observable systems in a healthcare workers' compensation context.

Competenze

• 10+ years building enterprise .NET applications in C# (Framework + Core).
• Experience modernizing large legacy .NET codebases and services.
• Familiarity with Azure cloud services, logging, monitoring, and observability.
• Healthcare, workers' compensation, claims processing, or regulated industries experience is preferred.

Mansioni

• Own architecture discussions and drive design across multiple apps and services.
• Provide hands-on guidance across .NET, SQL, and front-end stacks with clear documentation.
• Develop robust APIs, REST services, and data-access layers; ensure testability and quality.
• Elevate engineering practices with code reviews, pairing, and CI/CD discipline.
