Job summary

Qualifications
- 10+ years building enterprise .NET applications.
- Experience modernizing large legacy .NET codebases.
- Familiarity with Azure cloud services and observability patterns.
- Healthcare, workers' compensation, or regulated industries preferred.
- Experience with distributed queues and event-driven architecture.
Responsibilities
- Lead architecture discussions and provide hands-on guidance across .NET, SQL, and front-end stacks.
- Deliver in a complex legacy-heavy environment while modernizing patterns.
- Develop and optimize APIs, data access layers, and UI components.
- Mentor engineers, promote CI/CD maturity, and improve engineering practices.
- Build and maintain Azure DevOps pipelines and automated tests.
