You will extend data representations, system APIs, and high-performance engines for 3DHI workflows, collaborating with layout, schematic verification, and simulation teams to connect design intent with multi-physics verification. Qualifications

• 8+ years of software development experience, including 2+ years in software architecture.
• Strong expertise in C++ and/or Rust.
• Experience architecting complex data structures for large-scale engineering applications.
• Strong background in building low-latency, high-throughput backend services or multi-threaded data engines.
• Ability to drive consensus on complex technical design trade-offs and guide large feature initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Architectural Strategy & Technical Ownership for core packaging engines and platform evolution.
• Design and maintain scalable programmatic interfaces and data-exchange pipelines.
• Develop extensible integration interfaces for interoperability with internal solvers and third-party tools.
• Optimize high-throughput runtime engines for headless, automated design-space exploration.
• Build robust validation loops and observability for programmatically generated designs.
• Collaborate with domain experts and engineering teams to establish design standards and review complex codebases.
