Job summary

Comcast seeks an experienced engineering lead to guide a team focused on software design and architecture across Linux, multi-threading and networking. You will program and script in C++, Go, C, Python, Ansible and Bash; code in C++, Python and Java; perform containerization with Kubernetes, Docker, AWS and DevOps; monitor with Prometheus, Grafana and ELK stack.

Position is eligible to work remotely one or more days per week; on-site collaboration is common per policy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in software design and architecture with Linux and networking.
• Experience coding in C++, Python and Java, plus code reviews.
