You will champion modern development practices, AI-assisted engineering, and API-first design, mentoring engineers and aligning efforts with business goals.

This role requires leading large-scale platforms, multi-cloud strategy, and delivering high-quality software on budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; extensive related experience may be considered.
• 15+ years of work experience in software engineering or technical leadership.
• Strong knowledge of cloud architectures and enterprise-scale systems.
• Experience guiding large cross-functional teams and complex programs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior technical leader across Streaming Hub Applications, guiding multiple engineering teams.
• Define and drive long-term technical strategy for Streaming Hub, in partnership with Eng, Product, and EA.
• Lead cross-cutting architectural initiatives to improve scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
• Modernize development practices: CI/CD, automated testing, observability, and deployment readiness.
• Establish API architecture and engineering standards for an API-first platform.
• Provide leadership for multi-cloud strategy, resiliency, and cost optimization.
• Mentor engineers, drive architectural reviews, and improve velocity and quality.
