Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS, software engineering, IS, or related field.
5+ years in software development, solution architecture, or tech leadership.
Experience designing enterprise-grade applications and distributed systems.
Proficiency with modern languages, APIs, cloud platforms, and integration patterns.
Experience leading cross-functional technical initiatives and mentoring teams.
Strong understanding of Agile, SDLC, and DevOps.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to lead multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with technical estimation, solution planning, and delivery forecasting.
Experience with Test Driven development.
Experience with Ruby, React, TypeScript, SQL Server, Cosmos, and C#.
Hosting and configuring Azure resources.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of medium to large-scale software solutions integrating enterprise applications, cloud services, APIs, and automation technologies.
Analyze business and technical requirements to architect scalable, maintainable, and secure solutions that align with customer and organizational goals.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Engineering teams, UX, QA, Infrastructure, and Operations to deliver end-to-end software solutions.
Drive technical estimation, resource planning, and solution costing activities for new initiatives, enhancements, and customer engagements.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, architectural diagrams, implementation plans, and proposal artifacts.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams while promoting engineering protocols and coding standards.
Support proposal development efforts by validating technical feasibility, implementation approaches, and delivery timelines.
Lead collaborator reviews and facilitate discussions regarding technical strategy, project risks, scalability, and operational readiness.
Coordinate cross-functional meetings to align business requirements, technical dependencies, and delivery expectations.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of software development processes, tooling, templates, and engineering standards.
Manage numerous projects and competing priorities while ensuring quality delivery within established timelines.
Conduct knowledge transfer sessions, technical workshops, and training related to software architecture, development standards, and solution delivery practices.
Support transition activities from development to production operations, ensuring successful deployment and long-term maintainability.
Maintain flexibility to support remote collaboration and evolving business priorities as needed.
