Job summary

Phase2 is seeking a Software Architect to lead complex client-driven software delivery, shaping architecture decisions and guiding teams across AI-enabled platforms. You’ll be a technical interpreter, uncovering business needs, framing options, and building trust with clients while mentoring engineers.

You’ll oversee architecture, design systems, manage AI agents, and drive risk mitigation, delivery discipline, and scalable solutions in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• Meets all qualifications for a Senior Developer.
• 6+ years of industry experience with progressive increases in responsibility.
• Ability to design system architecture and assess technology fit for requirements.

Responsibilities

• Drive work with structure and momentum, eliminating ambiguity and building confidence across delivery teams and client stakeholders.
• Be the technical interpreter for client stakeholders and articulate options in plain language to stakeholders.
• Analyze existing systems and recommend improvements in architecture, development, and deployment processes.
• Oversee and participate in implementation and deployment, including mentoring staff.
