RXinsider LTD. seeks an Architect (Engineer IV) to shape and drive the architecture of commercial technologies across the company.

This hands‑on leader coaches engineers in AI‑augmented practices and designs all layers of applications and platforms, pioneering Agentic AI for architecture, design, and implementation. An Agile environment supports multi‑team delivery to transform healthcare into a safer, cost‑effective industry.

Qualifications

• Significant experience creating architecture for complex distributed systems and leading teams.
• Hands‑on experience using Agentic AI for architecture, design, and implementation.
• Ability to drive AI‑augmented engineering workflows across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Set organization-wide standards for software structure, maintainability, and quality.
• Lead with Agentic AI tooling, design prompts, guardrails, and agent workflows.
• Teach others to solve problems using multiple languages, technologies, and AI agents.
• Serve as SME in technologies critical to the organization and set standards.
• Master testing strategies for microservices, API contracts, and end‑to‑end workflows.
• Apply Agentic AI to author tests, generate edge‑cases, and triage failures.
• Provide guidance on testing, CI/CD, AI‑assisted quality engineering, metrics.
• Partner to design data flows interacting with ML tools and cloud services.
• Architect cloud-native solutions and guide implementations and integrations.
• Define operations strategies including AI‑assisted observability and incident response.
• Lead security, compliance, and governance for AI‑enabled engineering.
• Shape product UX directions and champion AI‑native experiences.
• Requirements engineering: set functional and non‑functional requirements.
• Orchestrate complex system architectures and data paths.
• Drive adoption of AI‑augmented engineering practices.
