Qualifications
- 8+ years in software engineering, solutions architecture, ML/AI engineering, or technical consulting.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Strong fundamentals in version control, testing, CI/CD, and scalable design.
Responsibilities
- Lead high-stakes software and AI engineering engagements end-to-end.
- Define reference architectures and reusable frameworks.
- Establish CI/CD, testing, deployment, and observability practices.
- Design full-stack solutions across frontend, backend, APIs, data systems.
- Create scalable platforms enabling analytics and AI-powered workflows.
- Mentor engineering teams and translate strategy into technical outcomes.
