Job summary

Talentry’s client in Oceanside seeks an experienced Software Applications Manager to guide a high-performing team in developing cloud-based software. You will lead engineers, implement enterprise apps, and drive CI/CD practices in alignment with corporate initiatives.

The role requires 10+ years in IT, 5+ years in leadership, and deep experience with ERP/WMS/MES, SQL, .NET, and cloud platforms. Competitive salary with 401k matching and PTO packages are offered.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT/software engineering roles.
• 5+ years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Experience with enterprise applications (ERP, WMS, MES).
• Proficiency with Jira, Azure DevOps, and GitHub.
• Experience with SQL and SQL Server (Oracle is a plus).
• Experience with .NET C# and other object-oriented programming languages.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure and/or AWS).
• Knowledge of Cloud ERP Systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers and guide cross-functional collaboration.
• Plan and implement enterprise applications and integrations across the business.
• Design, develop, and architect scalable software solutions.
• Manage the lifecycle of enterprise applications from selection to maintenance.

• Automate release pipelines and testing for quality improvement.
• Drive agile methodologies and CI/CD practices.
• Manage project timelines and resources to ensure on-time delivery.
• Identify and mitigate risks in software development.
• Stay updated on software development trends and technologies.
