Job summary

Worley seeks a Senior Superintendent - Soft Craft to lead and oversee soft craft activities on major industrial projects. You will provide strategic field leadership, ensure safety, quality, and schedule alignment, and coordinate multiple craft disciplines across insulation, painting, coatings, and related services.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of industrial construction experience with responsibility for craft supervision and field execution.
• Experience leading soft craft scopes such as painting, coatings, insulation, scaffolding, fireproofing, refractory, or related services.
• Proven ability to lead large craft workforces and manage multiple subcontractors in industrial environments.
• Strong knowledge of workface planning, productivity management, and field execution best practices.
• Experience developing workforce plans, execution strategies, and productivity improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coordinate, and supervise all soft craft construction activities ensuring safety, efficiency, and schedule adherence.
• Drive a proactive safety culture and compliance with HSE, quality, and sustainability requirements.
• Provide leadership to superintendents, supervisors, forepersons, subcontractors, and craft professionals across multiple disciplines.
• Oversee field administration, procurement coordination, and subcontractor management to support project delivery.
• Act as the primary field leader for soft craft operations and foster cross-functional collaboration.
• Manage workforce planning, labor productivity, and resource allocation to support project goals.
• Monitor progress, analyze metrics, and implement corrective actions to meet commitments.
• Champion sustainability initiatives and continuous improvement in field performance.
• Ensure work complies with specifications, standards, and company procedures.
• Lead constructability reviews and workface planning to boost productivity.
