Job summary

Athenix Special Missions located at Camp Lejeune, NC seeks a SOF Operations & Planning Analyst/Trainer IV to plan and execute complex SOF exercise programs. You will manage JELC events, develop scenario databases, and coordinate with DoD agencies to ensure mission readiness.

The role requires working knowledge of SOF doctrine, TTPs, and joint policy implementation, with travel CONUS/OCONUS as needed to support planning and exercise execution.

Qualifications

• B.S. Degree required; Masters desired.
• Graduate of Command and General Staff College or equivalent with 10 years SF experience.
• Former SOF Officer/Senior NCO/Warrant Officer with at least 3 years recent SOF ops experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute exercise programs using the Joint Exercise Life Cycle (JELC).
• Develop exercise databases and coordinate with government and DoD agencies.
• Lead MSEL conferences and integrate OPFOR into SOF exercises.
• Provide SOF expertise to plan, script, and optimize training scenarios.
