Job summary

CA​CI International seeks a Sensitive Activities Planner to support threat analysis, planning, and policy development for national programs tied to Special Operations Forces. You will fuse multi-source intelligence, develop target concepts, and present analytical findings to senior leaders.

Expect joint planning, interagency collaboration, and mentorship of junior staff in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security Clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree with 10 years of experience, or associate degree with 15 years, or 20 years of relevant work experience.
• Minimum three years’ experience in Sensitive Activities and military operations coordination at senior levels.
• Experience with portals and real-time knowledge management systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Serve as embedded Sensitive Activities Planner within the team.
• Develop detailed threat analyses and assessments of national/global threats to identify risks and countermeasures.
• Incorporate multi-domain intelligence for target development of threats and actors globally.
• Deliver timely, actionable SA options to inform decision-makers.
• Apply Joint and Army planning methodologies to SOF opportunities globally.
• Mentor junior analysts and integrate input from multiple analysts supporting the project.
