Job summary

Prescient Edge is seeking a Senior Exercise Planner/Trainer Task Lead to support a federal client at Camp Lejeune, NC. You will coordinate between MRSB and MSOC, develop scenario-based training, and ensure UTP-1 training aligns with the MSOC commander’s intent.

You will manage Realistic Military Training requirements, logistics, contracting interactions, and coordinate with exercise support organizations while creating briefs and reports.

Qualifications

• Must have 10 years SOF operations and/or intelligence experience as an operator or leader in a Special Mission Unit (SMU); U.S. Army Special Forces; Navy SEALs; MARFORSOC.
• Must have 2 years of experience providing comprehensive exercise planning in support of SOCOM exercises (examples include Ops-Intel planning, ISR, F3EAD, logistics, civilian authorities, realistic military training) OR 2 years’ experience planning/supporting MARFORSOC Training Readiness Exercises (TRX) events as a task lead or equivalent SOF Intel Readiness exercises OR 5 years’ experience at an O5 command level as an Ops-Intel planner.
• Must have three years MARFORSOC experience (performance as military, civilian or contractor in any MARFORSOC position).
• Two years’ recency experience as a Contract/Task Order Program Manager for a USSOCOM unit.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate training synchronization between MRSB and MSOC for UTP-1.
• Develop scenario-based training to evaluate integrated operations.
• Coordinate with MRSB staff to meet battalion commanders intent for UTP-1.
• Manage Realistic Military Training (RMT) requirements, logistics, contracting, and exercise support organizations.
• Develop briefs and reports for exercise execution.
• Support the F3EAD process and Operations/Intelligence Fusion.
• Lead lessons-learned collection and distribute daily evaluation reports.
