Job summary

Prescient Edge seeks an Advanced Skills Training Manager to support a federal government client at Camp Lejeune, NC. You will oversee day-to-day program tasks, develop detailed work plans, manage travel logistics, and ensure timeline compliance across unit requirements.

You will coordinate input for mission training, reconcile task orders with the COR, and liaise with commands to support deployments and training changes. Strong TS/SCI clearance and SOF experience are required.

Qualifications

• Must have 5-years SOF operations and/or intelligence experience as an operator or leader from date of graduation from military MOS.
• Experience providing comprehensive exercise planning in support of SOCOM exercises (Ops-Intel planning, ISR, F3EAD, logistics, civilian authorities, RMT).
• Overseas active-duty SOF operational experience utilizing advanced skill sets for sensitive missions.
• Experience coordinating SOF operations via inter-agency communications systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and computer skills.
• Current Driver’s License.
• Familiarity with contracting processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management and administration of program tasks.
• Develop detailed work plans and schedules.
• Manage contract travel and related logistics.
• Attend planning meetings and ensure format compliance of unit requirements and timelines.
• Coordinate input of all unit mission training requirements for the program.
• Reconcile individual task orders with the COR.
• Coordinate with operational commands to support deployment, redeployment, and training changes.
• Coordinate scenario-based training to evaluate integration of multiple intelligence operations.
• Interact with civilian authorities and law enforcement; manage RMT requirements and contractor support.
• Manage advanced skills school coordination, allocation, and related requirements.
