Job summary

Prescient Edge is seeking an Exercise Planner/Intel Ops to support a Federal government client. You will capture lessons learned, distribute daily evaluation reports, and develop scenario-based training to test the integration of intelligence, logistics, and communications.

You will interact with civilian authorities, manage RMT requirements, synchronize briefs, support F3EAD and ISR activities, and help craft exercise storylines and master events for dynamic on-call scripting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10+ years SOF operations or intelligence experience as operator or leader in a SMU or SOF unit.
• 3+ years exercising planning for SOCOM exercises or TRX-style events.
• Experience coordinating with government/local authorities and urban environments.

Responsibilities

• Capture lessons learned during and after exercises and distribute daily, discipline-specific evaluation reports.
• Develop scenario-based training to evaluate integration of intelligence, logistics, and communications.
• Develop and synchronize briefs and reports for exercise execution.
• Support F3EAD processes and intelligence fusion implementation.
• Provide ISR replicate/support for theater-level live ISR collection management.
• Coordinate with civilian authorities and law enforcement and manage RMT requirements.
• Support storyline development and on-call scripting for exercise goals.
