Job summary

Zero Point, Incorporated is hiring to educate and train SOCOM operators in RF theory, EW/Cyber diagnostics, and related procedures in a simulated tactical environment. The role requires an active TS/SCI clearance, instructor certification, and extensive experience with military EW/Cyber systems, preferably with USSOCOM.

You will develop curriculum, deliver comprehensive training, and support field exercises, ensuring interoperability of EW/EOD equipment in expeditionary settings.

Qualifications

• Requires Active TS/SCI security clearance.
• Instructor certification required; minimum 5+ years conducting Performance Oriented Training.
• Over 5 years' experience with military EW/Cyber systems; preferably with USSOCOM.
• Extensive knowledge of the electromagnetic spectrum and recent EW/Cyber operations.
• Experience with SOF EW/Cyber or similar DoD mission systems; prefer USSOCOM.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and move equipment up to 50 ft; field experience.
• Proven curriculum development and training delivery skills.
• Strong written and oral communication; excellent organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver curriculum for education and training of SOCOM operators.
• Provide training in RF theory, diagnostics, and EW/Cyber systems across varied platforms.
• Coordinate and support training events, exercises, and field service activities.
• Assess tactical scenarios and apply electronic countermeasure mitigation techniques.
• Work with operational units to ensure interoperability of EW/EOD equipment.
